Joey Styles: Welcome to TNA Impact! I am the one and only Joey Styles! That's right we got rid of those old fossils on commentary to show the world that we don't need a two man announce team, we don't need a three man announce team! All we need is the passion and energy to bring to this sport and that's exactly what I am going to bring in week in and week out for you! It's my promise! Now tonight, I am sure that you want to know what's going to happen on the first episode of TNA Impact! The only thing that I can say is that you want to expect the unexpected! I promise to give you fans everything that I have in my body, my voice and my spirit. This is the new age of wrestling! This is TNA saying SCREW THE PAST! We know that this company doesn't have the glitz and glamour of a WWE, WCW or AEW but what we lack in all of that we make up for in what's important and that is inside that Squared Circle! In the ring our product can't be touched! Our TNA World Champion is the very best in this business in AJ Styles. Who I have heard wants to say something tonight and I don't think you fans are going to want to miss that but you know what. I am sick of talking about how great we are! Let's show you because we are handing to ringside right now for our opening contest featuring the best type of division in all of wrestling The X-DIVISON! What better to start then with the most death defying match in the history of TNA. That's right we are going to kick this show off right with ULTIMATE X!

Roderick Strong defeats Scorpio Sky, Austin Aries and Chris Sabin @ 23:31
{Roderick Strong makes his debut in this episode of Impact! The longtime member of RoH and nXt has decided to take his talents to TNA Impact! Strong has a very impressive debut with some amazing backbreakers. We then see Sky finally break away from his SCU gimmick as he tries to go solo here. Aries gets his chance to shine as he wants to make a statement and Chris Sabin is a solid worker who is shwoing off at every chance! This match is a hard hitting fight and they go at every chance to pop to the crowd which they do in spades! Strong is able to get the victory while Sky was locked in the Horns of Aries and Strong kicks Sabin off the cable who does a bump on the others as Strong is able to unhook the X and makes his claim to challenging for the X-Division Championship! As Strong holds up the X we suddenly see The X-Division Champion Finn Balor show up at the top of the ramp to show he is the champion.}

{We hop back from commercial and we cut straight to Dusty Rhodes! He makes the announcement that he is over TNA! He says that he has a vision for this company and he wants to see the very best every week! Which is why he has decided that every single week the TNA Television Championship will be defended. Dusty says that we need to crown ourselves a TNA Television Champion. So tonight we are going to have ourselves a 15 man over the top battle royal and the last two men left will face off next week and the winner will be crowned The first TV Champion!}
The Hart Foundation defeat Bad Influence (Daniels and Kaz) @ 11:31
{This mach is the debut of Bad Influence. SCU is gone and disbanded and Bad Influence is looking to make a statement against The Tag Champions The Hart Foundation! This match is a hard hitting affair and they go move for move! Bret does a beautiful job working with Daniels but Bad Influence gets the upperhand until the powerhouse Jim Neidhart gets back into the ring! The Hart Foundation take back control and don't let up! Daniels gets taken out to the outside of the ring as Kaz gets nailed by The Hart Attack! 1.....2......3!!! It's over! The Hart Foundation is making their presence known here! They hold up the gold as Styles is putting this team over! We now head to a video package for a superstar making his debut!}

{We get a break from the action when this theme is heard and down the ramp comes MJF! He is getting heat as he makes his entrance. He grabs a fan's sign and just rips the sign right in front of the fan and walks away with a big grin on his face. MJF demands the ropes be held for him as he enters the ring! MJF doesn't even get to speak as he is getting HEAT! MJF finally begins speaking about being held back but says that isn't going to happen tonight when he wins this Battle Royal and then goes on next week to become the TV Champion. MJF is getting a bunch of heat like only he can. MJF challenges the locker room to come out here and prove themselves. MJF doesn't have to wait long when suddenly the bag pipes begin blaring and here comes The Hot-Rod! It's Roddy Piper!
{MJF doesn't look too happy but he also isn't showing any signs of backing down! Piper plays to the crowd as his entrance is being made! Piper enters the ring and grabs a microphone! Piper begins saying that he knows the type of person that MJF is and that's cause everything he has done Piper has been there and done that! Piper tells MJF that he feels kinda bad because MJF is thinking he is going to make it to the final 2 tonight in the battle royal but Piper tells him that it isn't going to happen because The Hot-Rod is throwing him right over the top to the floor! MJF dares Piper to even try it! Infact MJF is putting a 10,000 dollar bounty on Roddy Piper in that Battle Royal! Piper rips off his shirt and wants to fight but MJF though walks away with a cocky grin on his face as Piper will have a bounty on him tonight! Who is going to collect!}
Sting defeats Eli Drake @ 3:41
{Sting comes out in his crow paint! Sting works over Eli Drake and they have a good match but this is all about Sting! He works over Drake in the corner before dropping him with a Stinger Splash! Drake falls over before Sting locks on the Scropion Death Lock! Drake begins tapping and Sting is standing in the middle of the ring with his victory but Sting doesn't seem too pleased with the victory! Sting leaves the ring and heads up the ramp as the fans are chanting for him! Styles is pushing what could be next for Sting!}

{Here comes the TNA Champion! AJ Styles comes out of the curtain and heads down the ramp! The fans are buzzing as the homegrown hero is here! Styles The World Champion! He cuts a promo on what it means to be here in Impact Wrestling! Styles says that he has worked his whole career to prove to everyone that TNA Impact is the best place to be! He speaks about the sudden influx of talent but AJ says that he isn't worried! He finally got rid of The Inner Ciricle and now he wants to know what is next! Who is next for AJ Styles! This is when "King of Kings" blast through the speakers and here comes Triple H!}
{AJ stops Triple H at the top of the ramp! Triple H looks around the Impact Zone and he says that the fans don't need to worry because Triple H is here for a different reason! He says that Paul Heyman realized that he was in over his head so he had to make sure to not screw this up that he had to bring in somebody to run what's called the championship committee. That's right! Triple H is the head of the championship committee! AJ cuts off Triple H and says let me guess AJ Styles is about to play the game! Triple H just laughs this off and says at the present time that isn't going to happen because Triple H is not alone in running this committee that is when Triple H introuduces the co-head of the committee it's JEFF JARRETT!}
{My World blasts through the speakers as AJ is starting to get upset because he knows where this is going! Jarrett tells AJ to not worry because Triple H and himself want to make sure that TNA gets the very best talent and matches. Jarrett thanks Styles for getting rid of The Inner Circle which made this all possible! This is when Styles finally snaps and says that he is TNA through and through. He says that every single obstacle he has overcome! Every single superstar he has beaten! The crowd is solid behind AJ as he says what is next for AJ Styles! Triple H and Jarrett don't say a word but they suddenly just point at the top of the ramp and that is when from the back comes out!}
{JOHN CENA! The championship committee walks to the back as John Cena walks straight down the ramp and right into the ring! Cena isn't getting HEAT! He isn't saying a word or even paying any attention to this heat! Styles is PISSED! Cena though walks right into the ring as Styles begins talking about Cena being lost! Styles says that Cena has been on contract for months but just now decides to appear! Cena is still like a stone! no words! Styles is saying that he doesn't care about Triple H and Jarrett being the committee because he knows their egos will clash! Suddenly as Styles has his guard down! Cena strikes and AA to AJ Styles! Cena has just laid out AJ Styles! The fans are boo'ing Cena but he never says anything just heads up the ramp! Styles is holding his back selling as Cena walks up the ramp no emotion just business!}

Main Event: 20 Man Battle Royal
Johnny Gargano, Ciampa, Bret Hart, Jim Neidhart, Christian Cage, Dexter Lumis, The Miz, John Morrison, Scorpio Sky, Drew McIntyre, Ali, Shawn Spears, Brian Cage, MJF, Roddy Piper, Chris Sabin, Alex Shelly, Daniels, Kaz and Rick Rude
As soon as the bell sounds almost everyone heads straight for Roddy Piper! It seems the bounty target on Piper seems to be loud. Piper is attacked by Drew McIntyre and The Hart Foundation! Piper is trying to fight back but it seems almost too much though. MJF though is the smartest in the match as he has locked on the bottom rope and refuses to leave this spot. We se our first elimination though when Brian Cage sends Chris Sabin over the top rope along with his partner Alex Shelly!

We head back to the action that is fast and furious! The Hart Foundation is quickly attacked by DIY! They attack The Hart Foundation and we have ourselves a complete brawl! They are beating the hell out of each other! We see Dexter Lumis sneak up behind MJF and scare the hell out of him! Dexter is stalking MJF who is backing away! This is when Drew turns his attention off Piper and onto Dexter instead! We see Drew and Dexter trade bombs as MJF is playing the crowd but that is when PIPER THROWS MJF OVER THE TOP ROPE!
*MJF has been eliminated by Roddy Piper*
MJF is screaming! Piper is playing the crowd as MJF finally screams that the bounty has went up! 20,000 to whoever eliminates Piper! MJF is refusing to head to the back as the referees are fighting with him! This is when Rick Rude who was a suprise last entrant throws Piper over the top rope to the floor! Rude and Heenan are loving it as they are now 20,000 richer! Piper is PISSED! He goes right for MJF! The referees are having to hold back Piper but MJF is just walking away like he won the Battle Royal! What is going to happen next between these two! We head back to the ring as Drew eliminates Dexter with a Claymore Kick that sends the creep Dexter over the top rope!

SCU is going right to work on Brian Cage and Drew McIntyre! SCU is getting joined with The Miz and Morrison but that is when from behind sneaks up The Hart Foundation who sends Miz and Morrison over the top to the floor!

This leads to DIY with a duel flying dropkicks that send The Hart Foundation over the top to the floor! DIY is playing the crowd as The Harts are pissed!

SCU is sent over the top to the floor by a group effort from Brian Cage, Rude, Christian!

The ring is starting to slim down as we are down to Christian, Brian, Rude, Shawn Spears and Drew McIntyre! It's a huge brawl as Rick Rude and Shawn Spears are putting the boots to Christian in the corner as then we see Brian Cage and Drew in the middle of the ring just throwing complete bombs at each other. Brian Cage picks up Drew on his shoulders and throws him into the corner! Brian is throwing shoulders at Drew over and over again. Brian grabs Drew and lifts him for a Buckle Bomb but Drew lands on his feet and drops Brian with a FUTURE SHOCK! Brian Cage is back to his feet as Drew is going to send Brian over the top rope but that is when Bobby Heenan grabs the top rope and makes Drew get caught in the ropes when Rude clotheslines Drew McIntyre over the rope to the floor. Drew is jaw jacking with Bobby Heenan and Rick Rude sees this and starts talking smack at Drew! The two of them are screaming at each other but we are down to the final four!

We are down to the final four! Only two more eliminations and we are going to see who is going to face each other next week to be crowned The Television Champion! Brian Cage, Christian, Rick Rude and Shawn Spears! We see Brian Cage is still dazed as Tully begins screaming for Spears to get on the attack! Spears comes charging and he is putting the boots to Brian in the corner. Spears is trying his hardest to lift Brian and he almost gets him over the top but Brian though fights off! Spears comes charging into a press slam position. Spears is screaming but it does no good as Brian drops Spears over the top and sends him to the floor! The final three!
*Shawn Spears has been eliminated by Brian Cage*
The final three! Rude, Christian and Brian Cage! Shawn Spears is back to his feet along with Tully! Spears is pissed as he grabs Brian by his neck and Rick Rude comes charging but that is when Christian comes from the side and like a hockey check sends Rude over the top rope to the floor! Rick Rude is GONE! The fans are going crazy! Bobby Heenan is beside himself screaming! Tully and Spears are there with Bobby and Rude all four men are screaming about the injustice this just was! Brian Cage and Christian will face off next week to crown a new TNA Television Champion! This leads to Spears and Rude having to be held back and escorted to the back as Brian and Christian are staring each other down!

The Show ends with Christian and Brian Cage exchanging some words about who is going to become the first ever TNA Television Champion!
