Episode 1 - The Era of Smackdown begins

Michael Cole and JBL
Cole: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the debut edition of WWE Smackdown! What a night of action we have planned tonight. I am alongside my broadcast partner the one and only J.B.L.
JBL: Cole, tonight is a huge night and not only because you have myself behind the desk but it's the start of Smackdown. I for one am excited about the plans we have made and can't wait to see history is made.
Cole: Well folks, let's take you to ringside where our General Manager Johnny Ace is standing by.
{The scene cuts up to Johnny Ace with a big smile across his face. He welcomes us to WWE Smackdown. He says that tonight is about making history and what better way to make history than by setting up the crowning of the WWE Universal Champion! Ace mentions all the great talent that Smackdown has because of his drafting ability and says that he wants Smackdown to be all about opportunity. Nobody should feel that they don't get the respect they deserve here. Ace goes on to say that tonight is going to be special because tonight we will find out who is going to be The WWE Heavyweight Champion and what better way to do it then with a Fatal-Four Way Elimination Match!}

Hulk Hogan vs Rob Van Dam vs Roman Reigns vs Eddie Guerrero
{Ace goes on the mention that not only are we going to crowd a WWE Heavyweight Champion but also in three weeks will be The Smackdown Only PPV Armageddon! At that event we will crown The United States Champion, The Hardcore Champion and more importantly Tag Team Champions! Tonight is about history and Johnny Ace with People Power are going to lead that charge!}

Spike Dudley
{Little Spike Dudley here gets the short end of the straw as he goes against Monty Brown! The former TNA Superstar is looking like a complete menace! Spike does a FANTASTIC job bumping for Brown who is just a complete beast! Monty plants Spike in the middle of the ring with a vicious Sitout Powerbomb! Spike holds his head as he is basically out of it! Monty isn't done though as he lifts Spike off the mat and stands him in the middle of the ring. Monty hits the ropes and POOOOOOOOOOOOOOUUUUNNNNCCCCCEEEEEE!!!!! Spike goes flying across the ring and into the ropes! The cover is made 1.....2....3!! Monty Brown with the first victory here on Smackdown! He plays the crowd as we head to the back!}
Hulk Hogan: Listen up Hulkamaniacs! Tonight, is a big night for the Hulkster! Tonight, is the night that the Universal Championship finds it's place across the 24 inch pythons brother! I have been training all week for this night and tonight I am going to make all the little hulkamainacs across the world happy dude.
{As Hogan is cutting his promo that is when suddenly from behind. Hogan is jumped by two men in masks! They clip the back of Hogan's knee and are just beating him down. Randy Savage comes charging into the scene and chases the men off but Hogan is in a BAD way!}

Fire and Ice (Scott Norton and Ice Train)
{Talk about where is the beef it's right here. We got two teams that are big and bad! Norton and Ice Train look like monsters here and jacked to the gills but Otis and Tucker are not backing down. This is just a hoss fight. It lasts about 7 minutes which is the perfect amount of time for these two teams! it's a complete brawl though! Tucker though catches Ice Train and Otis jumps on the back of Tucker with a splash that plans Ice Train in the middle of the ring 1....2...3!!! Heavy Machinery pick up the big win and play the crowd the whole time.}
{We cut to the back where Johnny Ace is standing in his office. He is going over what happen with Hogan just a few moments ago. Suddenly, a knock is head and that is when Johnny gets a big smile on his face. The camera never shows the man though.}
Johnny Ace: Thank you for coming in on such short notice. I know that we had this big plan to bring you in but as you saw what happened to Hulk. I need someone for the main event tonight and I feel that you will bring that needed spark to Smackdown. What do you say?
{Ace notices the camera at this point and shoves them out of the room but all we hear is a man's voice say "You got a deal!"

Matt Hardy
vs
Lance Archer
{The former Hardy Boy! Matt is looking to make a name for himself on Smackdown but he has a tall order though as Lance Arhcer is looking to do the same. Archer is a complete monster here. He punches the camera man and goes right into the ring where Matt Hardy is on the attack! Archer shoves Matt back and connects with a massive boot across the jaw! These men actually get some time in this match. They fight through a commercial break. Matt is on the attack and refusing to stay down. Archer though is just something else and plants Matt down with a Chokeslam! Archer picks Matt off the mat and begins screaming at him. Archer is setting up for The Blackout! Matt though somehow fights out! Archer gets rolled up 1.....2....kickout! Archer comes charging TWIST OF FATE! 1.....2.....Kickout! Matt can't believe it! Archer though refuses to stay down! Matt climbs the second rope for a dropkick but Archer swats him out the air! Archer grabs Matt and BLACKOUT! 1.....2....3!!! Archer wins!}
{That is when after the match. Matt is holding his back but still wants to fight. Archer though is celebrating at the top of the ramp but Matt is calling Archer back out! JBL is calling Matt a moron for this move. Archer wastes no time heading back down the ramp and into the ring where he plants Matt again with The Blackout! Archer is standing over the body of Matt as Archer finally leaves the ring to Matt holding himself against the ropes stilling wanting to fight!}
*Commercial*
{We head to the back where Eddie Guerrero is getting ready for his big match tonight but that is when Roman Reigns walks into the scene.}
Eddie: Hey, ese....what do we got going on here? How have you been?
RR: Look, I don't know what your deal is but tonight is all about me taking my seat at the head of the table. I hope that you understand that tonight is about nothing but business.
Eddie: I see you Roman, but I want you to know something that you don't scare me Roman. I know you are supposed to be this Tribal Chief but you need to understand that Eddie Guerrero is Latino Heat. I don't back down from nothing. I am not worried about Randy Savage, Johnny's replacement pick and I am sure not worried about you.
RR: Well Eddie, it's nice to see that you have some fire inside you but I want you to know something very clear. Tonight, I am going to hurt you. Just don't take it personal when I become Universal Champion.
Eddie: I'll see you out there Roman and may the best man win.
RR: Oh don't you worry about that....I will.....BELIEVE THAT!
{Roman leaves the scene and Eddie is getting even more pumped up for later tonight!}

Scott Taylor
{A complete wreckage is what this was. Miro is a complete madman! He destorys Taylor at the very start of the match with a leaping side kick! Miro is on a whole other level as picks up Taylor and spins around before slamming him hard on the mat! The fans are going BONKERS! Miro flips Taylor over and The Accolade in the middle of the ring! Tap out! Miro with the very impressive victory! Miro wants some gold and who is going to stop him from getting it!}
{We cut to commercial as Johnny Ace is heading down the ramp with The WWE Universal Championship! Ace is playing up the crowd as we head back from commercial! The belt is placed where every man see it!}

{The three men are in the ring and their eyes are fixed at the top of the ramp. Who can it be the suspense is building but that is when it happens! The fans are SHOCKED...It's......}
{The INNER CIRCLE IS HERE ON SMACKDOWN! Chris Jericho leads his group of Jake Hagar, Sammy, and LaX! All five men head down the ramp as the fans are going crazy they are singing "Judas" as Jericho enters the ring! This was the man who Johnny Ace was talking about all along! The Inner Circle surround the ring as Jericho let's the crowd go crazy for a few!}
{Tony Chimel does the ring annoucing for this match and you can see that every man has their eyes on the prize! The Universal Championship! Who is going to walk out with the gold!}

{The match begins with all four men getting a feel for one another no man has made the jump yet as each man is keeping to the back. Who is going to make the first move! We see The Inner Circle get involved when they hop on the ring apron. They are distracting the others but this lead Jericho completly knocking Randy Savage with the JUDAS EFFECT! 1.....2....3!!!!}
Randy Savage has been eliminated!
{The fans are in shock as Jericho is all smiles. Savage is starting to get back to his feet and he instantly grabs a chair and chases The Inner Circle to the back. In the ring though we see a standard triple threat match here. Jericho and Reigns working as a team to take Eddie out and then fight for the title amongst themselves. Eddie though has the heart of a lion and refuses to back down. He always finds a way to fight back and he shows that tonight! Roman is starting to get upset with Jericho saying that he finish off Eddie! Jericho is not too happy about that himself when he shoves Roman right into a roll up 1.....2....kcikout by Roman! Eddie quikcly moves out the way of a charging Roman who catches Jericho across the jaw with The Superman Punch! Jericho falls through the ropes to the outside. Eddie though catches Reigns with a Tornado DDT! Eddie though is looking to the top rope! Eddie leaps off the top but Roman moves as Eddie does a roll back to his feet! Roman is looking for a Spear but Eddie counters and drives Roman into the buckles! Eddie grabs Roman and plants him with The Three Amigos! Eddie is climbing the top rope and looking to put away Roman but Jericho is back to his feet and tells Eddie to take out Roman! Eddie looks confused but FROG SPLASH TO ROMAN! 1....2....3!!!}
Roman Reigns has been Eliminated!
{Jericho rolls into the ring and misses wildly with The Judas Effect! Eddie though grabs Jericho and plants him with The Three Amigos! Jericho is in a bad way as Eddie is getting the crowd going! The fans are loud as Eddie is making his way to the top rope but that is when Sammy Guevara as made his back to the ring! Sammy distracts Eddie as Hagar pops from the crowd and throws Lucille to Jericho! Eddie has no idea as he grabs Sammy by his shirt and is trying to drag him into the ring! The referee gets between the two as Eddie turns around LUCILLE TO THE SKULL OF EDDIE! Jericho hits the ropes and Lionsault! Eddie is laid out cold as Jericho isn't finished he picks Eddie up and JUDAS EFFECT! 1......2.....3!!!! CHRIS JERICHO IS UNIVERSAL CHAMPION!
{Jericho wins the Universal Championship! The Inner Circle is here! They are the force of Smackdown! What is going to happen next week!}
